Our starting point for your full-day boat trip is the port of Kissamos. Our first stop is Gramvousa with its medieval fortress lying on a rock on the top of a hill. We can view the ruins from the sea or climb a steep path up the Venetian fortress. The fortress was built on a rock in 1579 by the Venetians to protect their ships from the attack of Ottoman Corsairs. Our friendly skipper will then take us to Balos lagoon, where we anchor to swim, snack, drink and take beautiful pictures. After that we will sail towards Falasarna, one of the best known beaches west of Crete with the amazing turquoise clear waters and white sand shores. Next stop Elafonisi! Famous for its pink sand beach and shallow waters. A perfect southwest point for Kitesurfing lovers. Lastly we will visit Kedrodasos (Cedar forest) to admire the wild cedar trees and white sand rocky beach. A beautiful pristine beach that will make you feel its “paradise in Crete” After this full-day boat tour our experienced skipper will safely take you back to Kissamos.
